Just use notepad...
1) Start with making a new txt file.

 2) Paste this code in the txt file:

del /f /s /q ?%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\*.*?
del /f /s /q ?%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp\*.*?

echo complete!
echo. & pause
 
3) Now save the file as "Cleaner.bat"

After saving this file, Just open it and see for your self.
