Csrss.exe and winlogon.exe are standard parts of Windows 7, and Task Manager can't show their properties.  To make sure that they're the legitimate Windows programs, examine them with the free Process Explorer program from Windows Sysinternals :
  1. Download ProcessExplorer.zip from the link that I gave.
  2. Right-click and unzip the file.
  3. Right-click the extracted Procexp.exe file.
  4. Click Run as administrator .
  5. Right-click Csrss.exe or winlogon.exe in the list of processes.
  6. Click Properties .
  7. Click the Image tab.
  8. Click the Verify button.

It should show that the file is loaded from the C:\Windows\System32\ directory and say(Verified)Microsoft Windows .
